Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our core SaaS platform, aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Translate complex customer feedback into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features based on data.
- Present product strategy and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use SQL, A/B testing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
