Job Description
Nexus Innovations is on the lookout for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our flagship SaaS platform.
In this pivotal role, you will define the product roadmap, champion user-centric design, and bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-impact features that drive user growth and retention.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs to stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to prioritize features and resolve blockers.
- Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and drive iterative improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.) and prototyping tools (Figma).
