Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through deep market analysis and stakeholder alignment
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Champion agile methodologies and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure go-to-market strategy alignment

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product discovery methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, and Mixpanel
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with AI/ML product features and ethical AI principles
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
