- Lead agile development cycles, prioritizing features and managing backlogs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product delivery
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success metrics
- Present product vision and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Champion user-centric design principles across all product decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products
- Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with AI/ML product development preferred
- MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
