Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through deep market research and user interviews
- Lead agile development cycles from ideation to launch with 3+ engineering teams
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences
- Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation
- Establish KPIs and track product performance through analytics tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or consumer tech
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong business acumen with experience in market sizing and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Technical fluency in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data modeling
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
