Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-launch iteration.
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship scalable solutions.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and utilize data to optimize feature performance and product health.
- Lead customer discovery interviews to deeply understand pain points and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategic shifts to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex technical products.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
