Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and GTM strategy for enterprise SaaS platform
- Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
- Analyze product metrics and A/B test results to drive optimization
- Present to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage product P&L and prioritize feature backlog
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale products
- Mastery of product discovery methodologies (user interviews, journey mapping)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Amplitude, Tableau)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across all levels
- Strong technical aptitude for collaboration with engineering teams
- BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent experience
