Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor data, and gather user feedback to identify product opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and negotiate scope to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand technical feasibility and constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.).
