Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct rigorous user research and data analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ship high-quality features.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of product excellence.
- Track key performance indicators and report on product success to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, scalable products from 0 to 1.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
