Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify unmet needs
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure seamless execution
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success
- Represent product voice in stakeholder communications and presentations
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and product analytics tools
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience with AI/ML product features highly desirable
