Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to ship high-impact features.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user adoption.
- Lead discovery workshops and user research to build a deep understanding of customer pain points.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap progress to executive stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing products through multiple release cycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and ability to manage complex backlogs.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products is highly preferred.
