You will own the product roadmap, translate complex technical challenges into user-centric features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core SaaS offerings.
- Translate business objectives and user feedback into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ship high-quality features iteratively.
- Conduct rigorous market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development and launch.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and optimize user retention.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating roadmaps and strategic updates to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling complex digital products from 0 to 1 or through major growth phases.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- A deep passion for building products that solve real-world problems for enterprise users.
