In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, taking ownership of the product roadmap and delivering innovative solutions that solve mission-critical problems for our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap and refine technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and translate them into actionable product features.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and business impact.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop effective GTM strategies and collateral.
- Run agile ceremonies and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping complex software products from conception to scale.
- Exceptional data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in AI/ML integration or enterprise workflow automation is highly preferred.
