- Own end-to-end product lifecycle strategy from ideation to launch for flagship SaaS platform
- Conduct deep market analysis and user research to identify unmet needs and competitive opportunities
- Define KPIs and success metrics; leverage data analytics to drive product decisions
- Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Develop compelling product narratives and stakeholder communications
- Champion user-centric design principles through rapid prototyping and validation
- Drive go-to-market strategy and post-launch optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of launching complex products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance technical feasibility and market opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate vision to diverse stakeholders
