NexusFlow Tech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our flagship SaaS platform. In this high-impact role, you will define our product roadmap, lead cross-functional squads, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
You will work directly with our CTO and Head of Product to shape the future of our enterprise automation tools, ensuring our solutions solve the most complex challenges for our global user base.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for key platform modules.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Conduct discovery sessions with key enterprise clients to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of product excellence.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech company.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, high-scale digital products.
- Strong technical background with an ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data tools.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to evangelize the product vision internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
