Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
- Own product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Analyze user behavior data to drive product improvements and decision-making
- Present product vision and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Maintain and prioritize backlogs using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2C tech or fintech
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products
- Expertise in agile development methodologies and product analytics tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into strategic value
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
