Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform features.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ship high-impact features using Agile methodologies.
- Define, track, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Bridge the gap between technical constraints and business goals to prioritize the backlog effectively.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex digital products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira/Confluence.
