Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for flagship B2B SaaS platform
- Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs and innovation opportunities
- Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders
- Lead agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate engineering/design teams for seamless delivery
- Develop compelling product narratives and launch plans that drive market adoption
- Collaborate with sales/support teams to gather customer feedback and iterate on solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies, Jira, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong background in user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- MBA or equivalent technical degree preferred
- Experience scaling products in high-growth startup environments
