Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap by synthesizing market research, user feedback, and business objectives
- Lead agile development cycles through Jira, prioritizing features using RICE framework
- Conduct user interviews and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure scalable, accessible solutions
- Present product metrics and strategic updates to C-suite and stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the product org
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with 2+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record launching successful products with measurable impact on revenue or user growth
- Expertise in agile methodologies, roadmapping tools (e.g., Aha!), and analytics platforms
- Strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Experience with AI/ML product development or fintech domain preferred
