Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision: Create a compelling roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams: Mentor PMs and collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality features.
- Drive the product lifecycle: Own the product strategy from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis.
- Data-driven decision making: Utilize analytics to validate hypotheses and iterate on product features effectively.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate complex product updates to executive leadership and internal teams.
- User advocacy: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to ensure product excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the tech industry.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Analytics Proficiency: Expertise in SQL and tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
