Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, defining features and initiatives that align with business goals and user needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and product gaps.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide product strategy.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Strong technical background; familiarity with software development lifecycles is a plus.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on metrics.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
