As a key member of our product squad, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our flagship platform, ensuring seamless user journeys, and mentoring a team of creative talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive visual design system that scales across multiple products and platforms.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and creativity.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user feedback and data into actionable design insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
