In this role, you will lead the design strategy for our flagship SaaS platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between complex technology and intuitive user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
