Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive product strategy.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a high-performing design team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation excellence.
- Establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design deliverables.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a product or agency environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Atlassian, Material Design, etc.).li>
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
