Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and optimize product features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and technical constraints.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team culture.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- A robust, case-study-driven portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and understanding the software development lifecycle.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
