Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Process: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for key product features, conducting user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- User-Centric Strategy: Translate business goals and user feedback into actionable design solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product vision.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute rigorous usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and iterate based on user data.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and creativity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic interaction design principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
