Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from concept to final delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and drive product strategy.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design systems.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX/Product Design, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Strong understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
