Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
- Design and maintain a scalable, component-based design system to ensure brand consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on features and optimize the user journey.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to translate business requirements into elegant, functional designs.
- Advocate for inclusive design principles and ensure full accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) in all deliverables.
- Present design concepts and strategic rationales to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX, with a proven track record of shipping complex products.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, portfolio-driven showcase demonstrating expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer) is a plus.
