Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to lead the visual and user experience strategy for our flagship SaaS platform. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful to use.
In this role, you will define the design language, mentor junior designers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect solutions that drive user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to drive design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to deliver features on time.
- Build and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and justify creative decisions to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design within a tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic interaction design is a plus.
