Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and persona development, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing) to define product requirements and features.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user’s perspective.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating commercial success.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment and using design systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
