Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for new product features, conducting user research and usability testing to validate assumptions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user and business goals.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous design improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experience working with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Ant Design, or custom systems).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
