Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or Graphic Design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and brand identity work.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
