Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of end-to-end user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and robust design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performance studio culture.
- Advocate for design-led innovation in all product roadmap discussions.
- Present and articulate design rationale to key stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital agency environments.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and visual craftsmanship.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling design stories.
- Deep knowledge of interaction design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
