Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to inform iterative design decisions.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and cohesive design systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design feedback.
- Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and ethical design principles throughout the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user experience, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of design system architecture and scalable component libraries.
- Ability to articulate complex design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
