Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions
- Create pixel-perfect UI/UX designs for web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design vision
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS solutions
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, wireframing, and interaction design
- Expertise in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience leading design sprints and cross-functional workshops
- Knowledge of motion design principles and micro-interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
