- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap features.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients with confidence and clarity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a history of successful product launches and design transformations.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
