In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex user needs and elegant design solutions, working alongside elite product managers and engineering teams in our San Francisco headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible user interfaces.
- Lead design critiques and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align design strategy with product roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related creative fields.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders effectively.
- Strong grasp of front-end development constraints and technical feasibility.
- Experience working within and contributing to robust design systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
