Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from concept to launch, ensuring a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain our comprehensive design system, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive and actionable design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performance design culture.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design intent effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously evolve our design practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Visual Design within a digital product environment.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects, with a focus on UI, UX, and design systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Deep understanding of design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive web design.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or ProtoPie is a plus.
