Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff.
- Develop and maintain a robust, scalable Design System to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the user voice in every decision, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within a SaaS or digital agency setting.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UX principles, micro-interactions, and design systems.
- Proven experience in building and scaling design systems from scratch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
