Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user journey across web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, translating business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design consistency and implementation accuracy.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative design culture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to keep Lumina at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
