Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or related roles.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex product design work and design system proficiency.
- Expert-level mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive frameworks.
- Proven ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for the user.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments is a significant plus.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
