Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications, from ideation to implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 50+ product features
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders with clear business rationale
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Drive accessibility and inclusive design best practices across all products
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
