Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to final implementation
- Create intuitive UI/UX designs for complex digital products using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain design consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design with a focus on digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2C/B2B products with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Collaborative mindset with proven cross-functional partnership experience
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
