Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from concept to launch.
- Define and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creativity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
