Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile and web products, from user research to final implementation
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry tools
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless execution
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and establish design systems to maintain consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, problem-solving, and user empathy
