Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure visual consistency across all product surfaces.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to advocate for user-centric solutions within technical constraints.
- Conduct rigorous user testing and synthesize quantitative data to iterate on design choices.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our creative culture by facilitating design critiques and workshops.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and elegant user flows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically within SaaS or complex enterprise applications.
- A professional portfolio showcasing high-impact case studies, design systems, and mobile/web proficiency.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools (Protopie/Principle), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design strategy to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment alongside cross-functional teams.
