Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on data.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in critiques to elevate the quality of our collective creative output.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Keep current with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure our work remains at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field within a high-growth environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex digital products, systematic thinking, and strong visual craft.
- Expertise in modern design tools, specifically Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining comprehensive design systems.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
