Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that unify brand identity across multiple platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on data.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in rigorous design critiques to elevate team output.
- Drive the visual strategy for major product launches and cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Advocate for accessible design principles to ensure inclusive user experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating strong mastery of typography, layout, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant user flows.
- Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
