Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features and initiatives, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.</li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.</li><li>Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.</li><li>Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful digital products.</li><li>Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, drive user research, and translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.</li><li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.</li></ul>
