Responsibilities
- Lead product design from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design deliverables
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain consistency across platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C digital products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Proficiency in creating design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance business goals with user needs and technical constraints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences
